PERSONAL TRAINING - Fitness Consultation-Meet with Patti in our office to discuss and evaluate your workout program and training schedule. Patti will work with you to make your exercise more efficient and effective. Through the consultation she can design a training schedule, fitness program, or weight training program. She combines cardiovascular workout with strength training and stretching to make the most effective program for your specific needs. If you are interested in starting an exercise program, but not sure what type of exercise would be right for you, Patti can design a specific workout and schedule to fit your needs.

Rates- Initial Consultation - $90.00

Follow up visits - $70.00 per hour - $40.00 per 1/2 hour
